A software fix demands hours upon hours of combing through code to find the issue, then coming up with a solution that doesn't break something else in the game. I'm sure that if you're just a bit more patient with them, Bungie will get you straight :-)

I agree with mayhem i got friends in college and uni doing coding, and im starting it takes along time to fix issues with out making more so just be patient and stop being such a child its only an emblem?

If they at least said, they were still working on it then fine.... but it's been 2 days they address other issues but not this one... I know in the grand scheme it seems minor, but it's still something that affected hundreds of players. And looking through some of my friends profiles of those who got their moments, and ones who were far from completing it. As a Customer Service Tech, looking to triage problems, I think I see what happened, but since I am not a programmer I don't know the how. And if I could have possibly figured it out, then they should have, and been working on it. But at least say we will have a fix for it, or that it is still being worked on, just don't go silent.
