Bungie just ripped off a ton of people, could get themselves sued

Here in the U.S. if you bought the original version of Destiny it was $60. Add the two DLCs at $20 a piece, it goes up to $100. Now along comes Bungie and makes it impossible to access significant features from the first version and the prior DLCs unless you pay another $40 for The Taken King. Let's break it down: 1) You bought it 2) You owned it 3) Bungie just took it away 4) The only way to get it back is to pay Bungie more money Bungie may want to have its crack legal team start looking up the phrase "class action lawsuit" in Black's Legal Dictionary.

  • Not only did Activision/Bungie produce a lot of false advertisement (which is illegal for US companies to profit from and is sueable grounds), the currency exchange rate for how much other country's paid for is almost twice as much as Americans did. Europeans paid 40-120 Euros for a DLC. That is about $65-$200 USD. People in Australia paid $70-$90 AUD for the same DLC. The currency exchange rate rig is going to guarantee a near future lawsuit for Activision/Bungie and foreign courts. This is the most absurd thing I have ever seen a company do and not say anything to their customers or the press. This needs answers and explaining in great detail.
