welcome to GASAN, would you like a mission or would you like to get settled in first?

[spoiler]just start another post to start a mission.[/spoiler] *people mill around the GASAN facility working and mingling with each other. many hold data pads and wear light fatigues. on the lower levels there are testing ranges for weapons and equipment and on the higher levels there are living quarters.*

Hmmmm....should go see the armory

*you walk through the halls of the agency heading toward the elevators. the white walls give the facility a very sterile feel. as you walk some of the workers they shoot you looks but quickly look away, your fellow agents nod your way in passing. you enter the elevator and two workers follow you in. they are talking about the new experimental invisibility technologies and trying to come up with a formula which would actually work. once you reach the bottom floor you step out of the elevator into a much darker environment. the walls are now dark gray instead of white and the floors concrete instead of exotic marble. you head to the armory.*

*I reach the armory doors and try to open it*

*you open the doors to see a petite woman with glasses and long brown hair sitting at a desk. the woman has stains covering her cloths and oil on her cheeks and forehead, her hair is crudely pulled up into a ponytail. the desk in front of her cradles an assortment of weapon parts from a disassembled m14 DMR. she looks up at you then returns to her work.* "can I help you?" *she asks with a hint of frustration in her voice.*

Yes, I was coming to see the armory and what weapons we have in stock. Do you want help with that?

"no I just can't get this stupid new attachment on." *with growing frustration she lists of a large number of weapons including rifles, pistols, knives, shotguns, submachine guns, sniper rifles and heavy machine guns. she also lists off a few interesting weapons such as dart guns and even swords. a loud click is heard as the attachment the woman was working on slides into the weapon.* "finally, god I've been working on that forever!" *she finally looks up at you.* "do you need to know anything else? would you like to test a weapon?"

Yes, do you have an mp7 that I could modify and then test?

"yes I do." *the woman says gleefully. she hops up from the table and walks into the backroom to receive the weapon. she returns with the firearm and gently sets it on the table.* "what attachments would you like to test?"

Suppressor, laserx and red dot

*she opens a few drawers and pulls out the requested attatchements, she quickly installs them on the weapon and hands it to you, along with a box of ammunition.* "the range is through the door to your right."

Thank you. *I walk into the range and load a mag. With the mag, I take out 20 targets*

*you admire your handy work and examine the torn paper targets, each one with a at least one hole directly through the chest. you return to the armory and see the woman looking over the reassembled m14, she turns to again.* "well?"

"thank you, you can expect that kind of quality from all our weapons and equipment." *she carefully places the rifle on a rack behind the desk and turns back to you.* "any other equipment you wanna test out? I don't have much else to do all day."

Sure. Do you have a glock I could try with a suppressor, extended mags, and a ghost ring?

"sure I'll be right back." *she goes through the same steps and hands you the weapon and ammo. she also grabs her rifle off the wall and follows you through the door.* "I haven't had much practice, mind if I join you?"

*you both load your weapons and open fire on the defenseless paper people, sequentially tearing them to shreds.* "you're a hell of a shot, you know that."

Quite. *she takes out the bullet.* Huh, didn't even fire my last shot

"if you don't need it, why use it?" *she drops the magazine out of the rifle and ejects the finally round from the chamber and catches it as it falls.* "oh I never caught your name?"
