Did more testing on Nighthawk and found that it only works on a Single jump. Also, it appears to have a cool down of one or two seconds. You cannot single jump two times in a row and continue to have perfect accuracy when in air. It will work for the first jump, but after that the bullet spread will go to normal. If you take a second or two between jumps then your single jump shot will be very accurate. To me the perk just doesn't seem worth it, especially for PvP. With a single jump you only have time to get 1 shot off accurately. You're sacrificing having 2 extra Golden Gun shots just to be accurate on a single jump shot. Very bad trade off IMO.
