No. Because there may be a 200 point limit, but you can get infinite legendary marks. So if you hit the limit just spend some marks then go back to getting more marks

  • How would you feel about my Glimmer analogy? Have you ever hit the glimmer cap in the game? If you have hit the glimmer cap, did it bother you? Do you realize that legendary marks cap will be easier to hit, and has MUCH less buying power than glimmer bank cap (except for the high cost ship outlier)? If you've disliked the glimmer cap it's quite likely your going to dislike the marks cap even more. I think the new system forces more frequent trips to the tower to buy gear. It means less of an ability do PvE and PvP without the interruption of gear shopping. Players and Bungie alike appear to understand the value of less frequent tower trips. This, ostensibly, is why Bungie is adding the ability to claim bounties without returning to the tower. Would you be OK returning to the tower after doing 5 things like strikes, PvP rounds, or missions? How about after every one? At what point, for you, would frequent trips to the tower become troublesome for you? The question, as I said my question is"mostly separate from unlimited earning per week. In regards to bank size alone a 200 mark limit is not better than what we have currently." What would you have against a higher bank limit, if anything? If you got to choose what would the bank limit for legendary marks be?

  • I've got nothing against a height limit, I simply said this was OK. If I have to buy gear more often honestly I don't care because that means I get that gear that much faster. And as for glimmer, I usually have the max and honestly it doesn't big me. It ensures that I have it when I need it.

  • Well, I would have like more incite. That is why I asked so many questions that you seem to have ignored. You understand that the "question is related to bank size mostly separate from unlimited earning per week", correct? If so, let me ask if you ever said the old mark bank size limit was to big? I never seen anyone say this. Now, at perhaps the same time as increasing the earn rate, Bungie has decided to reduce the marks bank limit by more than 83%. Your willing to accept this because they've introduced unlimited earning, correct? That is equivalent to a glimmer cap reduction to a max to about 4168 as far as a direct percentage reduction. If it wasn't for the ship that would cost more than that bank limit, it'd be a close comparison. The most expensive Mark items are expected to be about 75% of the bank limit, or 150 marks. 75% of a Glimmer bank limit of 4168 would be 3126. If the ship cost 3126 glimmer and your glimmer cap was 4168, would it be OK with this because they would allow us to earn unlimited glimmer? Keep in mind the ship isn't something you would buy often in comparison to buying legendary weapons with marks.

  • I love when people look for arguments where none exist. Plus Henry your fat cat said you have a small head and that he likes me more. And you really should feed Latrapa. She's really Hungary and is acting out because of it

  • You have to take into account that those 200 marks are going to be earned faster than the percentage dropped glimmer, so this is a bad comparison. I'm not disagreeing with you or even arguing with you, I simply said I was fine with it. What I don't understand is why you're arguing with no one over something that won't matter

  • If you don't understand what's going on I'd help. Just answer my questions and I'll guide you to understanding. Maybe you could count my question marks and make sure to write a sentence, in answer, for each one. If you do, we'll get there eventually. If not, I won't bother spending the time to help you understand. I think it fair, if your not willing to spend the time answering questions. As it' stands, I'm having a hard time following your thoughts. Are you implying that I'm trying to argue with you but you agree with me? I'm not trying to argue. I'm trying to gain understanding. I don't understand how you (or anyone) is OK with the obvious negative impacts of a reduced marks cap. I want to understand that. I ask the questions I do to gain that understanding. When those questions aren't answered and are instead meet with talking about something unrelated, I find myself frustrated. That's my problem, no one else's. That said, my frustration doesn't diminish with the repeated ignoring of my questions and talking about unrelated things. At this point, if you don't want to get on topic, by answering the questions I've asked or otherwise providing incite, I think it will be best If I resist the urge reply again. However, if you can provide incite or answer my questions I'd enjoy discussing this further.
