The rules on teabagging
1. I will teabag you if you run around with a shotgun, thorn, or last word
2. I will teabag you if you teabag me
3. I will teabag you if you are camping
4. I will teabag you if you try to charge my heavy and fail
5. I WILL NOT teabag you if we have a shoot out and you die
6. I WILL NOT teabag if you simply play the game and use fair weapons
7. I will teabag you if I kill over half your team in less than 10 seconds
8. IF I AM IN A WARD OF DAWN BUBBLE and over half your team gets killed by me, I will teabag all of you
It's simple, you deserve to be punished for being a scrub, being a person who has no skill, or being rude yourself.

I played control on the Twilight gap match the other day and whenever I went near the outside heavy spawn the same guy would attempt to snipe me and every time, I would turn or slide and get the quick headshot and just for the fact I out sniped him again and again I would teabag. I killed him about 20 times in the end and he didn't get me once.
