If the perk starts it is made and it time outs so its destroyed. "I am slow but also fast" this relates to nlb itself you can wait for it to make the dumbass animation or you do the glitch. "And i know little but how to remove hope" if you know that the perk activated you know that the player is good and you are gonna get killed.
