Deej's?"account" that we all know about is an account to play with the community his personal account we have no clue what that is so you cannot really say what he has or hasn't achieved That's why deej has such low playtime as its not "His" acc but a bungie test account

Have a look at the teaser, the video that was released the day before the reveal. At 34s you see a different exotic blueprint screen that shows year one versions of the Necrochasm, hard light, Mythoclast and none of them show up as a year two weapon.
