1 ReplyI'm excited because I'll be experiencing that adventure on next gen console (XB1). Looking forward to exploring new areas, as well as the subclasses/super abilities. Lastly doing all of it with friends and others within the community. Not to excited about the weapon changes, mostly because of all the time spent collecting and leveling my existing arsenal. It is what it is, overall I'm definitely way more excited than not

2 RepliesI like that this dlc unintentionally helps those without gold and ps plus. I won't have ps plus starting end of September, only find have a little time to do the new strikes. Fortunately, the new patrol and story seem filling enough.

7 RepliesI am. Very actually yet... I'm sceptical. Not seeing any criticism by any media frightens me. I hope they truly deliver this time. It's just scary to have game informer not have a single bad thing to say about ttk. I hope they're not becoming gamespot or ign and that Activision didn't bribe them. If this is not the case gg on bungie i truly hope it isn't

I'm am SO excited. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love this game. I would spend near as much time on it as I do if I didn't love it. I've put over 1000 hours into this one game and that's more than any other game I've ever played. But this isn't the game Bungie promised us. But as it has evolved over the last year, my hope for the future has been increasing as well. With the release of the Taken King, I think that we will finally have the game that Bungie promised and hyped to the sky and back. It looks like it's dramatically changing everything about the game, and for the better. The weapon balances, new strikes and missions, new raids, revised old strikes, new patrol and public events, and we can't forget the new exotic weapons and armor! I'm absolutely stoked for the Taken King and I'm not going to let anybody bring down my excitement. My gamertag is LiRetalityiL and I'm always looking for new players to play with on Xbox One. 6 RepliesI am, but I have considerably large doubts. The [Bungie Ninjas] have been silencing the many [Guardians] who spoke up about these doubts and fears. Here it is, in a shell made from nuts. Do not open if easily offended by this viewpoint. [spoiler]Bungie hints at Destiny throughout Halo. ODST makes more visible evidence. Marty fired. Much riot. First sign of defiance. Pre-Alpha footage shown. Hype material shown. Alpha tested, testers speak out about lack of story and other things that Bungie ignored as a whole. Pre-order flooding. Beta is opened to those who paid. Many were blinded, enjoying what there was to enjoy. Beta opened to world, BETRAYING those who paid for this. Second sign of Defiance. A mission, with full exploration of what was available, of the Moon. Iron Banner, when it was rewarding and entertaining for all. [EPISODES] 1 and 2 announced. World gets access. Announces disappointment, Bungie's abilities to do things begin to worsen... ...Mythoclast nerfed too much. Fusions made useless. Autos made useless. Dark Below released. Payment barrier created. Fixes. House Wolves delayed. Raid within delayed. House Wolves releases a month late. Second payment barrier. Raid never happens. Lack of content is felt. Third sign of defiance. Taken King inevitable. Third payment barrier, more expensive, forces players to destroy their previous gear for vault space (despite the lies set, as if they could use the 'become Legend' thing on me again). 'Become Legend' never happens. Bungie continues to not-succeed. Playerbase moves on to better games because Bungie tried to make an MORPGS and then turned it into a Pay2Play+Win game with no Legends because everyone is wearing the same gear.[/spoiler]
