I've no idea how these people can even walk outside and not be instantly killed by act of their own pervasive stupidity. Perhaps the answer is, they don't go outside. Somehow in this warped braincase, allowing everyone equal access to a coveted weapon is a crisis that must be averted. Also, I'd like to point out that Insurmountable Skullfort has been sold at least twice by Xur that I can recall. Pretty sure I bought it from him second time it came around. Idiot.
