[b]Final Edit: I have just received my copy from Simply Games, and have no code for the Suros Pack. It appears that all that has arisen in the original situation and edits below is true. Since this final edit, Bungie have altered the original news item from saying that all physical purchases will receive the pack to saying that specific retailers will be offering the pack. End of Final Edit[/b] I recently sent an email to GAME in the UK querying their claim on exclusivity over the Suros Pack despite Bungie's assurance against this, and have just received the following reply... So, there is either a complete meltdown with regard communication, or Bungie have flat out lied about being able to get it from all retailers! So Bungie, which is it? [b]EDIT:[/b] Update 1 - Cozmo has replied below stating that all digital preorders will get the Suros Pack, however if you purchase a physical copy from a store, that retailer must have participated in the promotion for you to get the Pack. Update 2 - A clan mate of mine has contacted Simply Games to see if they will be offering the Suros Pack, and they have responded with the following message... "We have not yet received confirmation from the publisher if we will be receiving this with our stock. The website will be updated if and when we get confirmation" Therefore it appears that Activision have the say on whether physical retailers have the opportunity to offer the Suros Pack! Update 3 - Another Destiny player has received an email, and has forwarded me a screenshot of this, from another retailer in the UK, with the following reply: "Thank you for your email, We can confirm that the Suros pack is exclusive to another retailer within the UK" So somehow, Game in the UK seem to know they have exclusivity, no other retailers are communicating that they are offering the pack, and one retailer has gone so far as to confirm that another retailer has exclusivity. I am really not sure how all this can happen without there being a system of exclusive rights with Activision! [b][/b]
