If they nerf blink should shouldercharge be nerfed also?
So if bungie does end up needing blink so that it is not as effective, don't you think shouldercharge should be nerfed also?
The way I see it is that they are both movement modes. Blink will let you close a gap between 2 players or get away from an enemy player. Shouldercharge can be used to kill and make extra long jumps.
Honestly if they do nerf blink, I would like to see a change to shouldercharge.
So I have heard alot of things about how hard it is to use shouldercharge and I didn't know that as i rarely play titan. I think I have changed my mind to decide only after we have learned how they will nerf blink.

Blink should have no cooldown in PVE and reduce it from 2 to 1 in PVP. To stop complaints.

Blink is basically always helpful. Sholder charge is very situational and doesnt need a nerf. Also always loses to a shotgun.

On the receiving end it might seem easy to kill with shoulder charge but it actually takes skill.

1 ReplyYou have to build up a shoulder charge, you press jump to blink. Blink just needs a cool down, it isnt comparable to shoulder charge to me.

They already nerfed the titan. If you don't know they nerfed the juggernaut shield. Before you were able to jump or be in the air with it. Now if you even hit a tiny bump the shield is gone because Bungie broke it.

Shoulder charge doesn't need a nerf it's plenty balanced as is. 1. It's very situational if they are looking at you your probably gonna shotgun you before you even hit them 2. If it does kill it usually is a trade kill (see #1) 3. It takes time to run and charge up the shoulder charge 4. Half the time the damage on it doesn't even proc so you will hit someone with it and it does no damage 5. It's basically an extremely situational trade kill I don't think a nerf is necessary

Should charge is pretty underpowered right now, most of the time I see a titan rushing me, I just shotgun their face. It should definitely be buffed to one shot people with the Ram, considering their melee is complete and utter sh*t with it's range. I play a hunter and use blink/shotgun(Call me a scrub all you want). And blink/shotgun really isn't that OP when someone knows how to counter it. But shoulder charge is definitely underpowered due to shotguns being so good. I can see them buffing it or giving the new subclass something better.

If SC can't 1 hit kill there is no point in it. Besides it's not OP.
