It's unclear, as the accused had their supers ready immediately, even after they had thrown their grenades the previous round. What we should also take into account is grenade recharge rate and capacity (one or two, if Hunters can even hold a second). If you are unable to hold two Swarm Grenades as a Hunter, I personally have whittled the possible options down to: -The accused [b]may[/b] be using hacking software that allows their Supers to recharge instantaneously -The accused [b]may[/b] be using a hack to exponentiate the Grenade recharge rate. (Even this is questionable, since it would take time to "kill" all of the submunitions generated from the Swarm Grenade) NOTE: Nothing I say here is necessarily true, just my own speculation.
