I think our ships should be social spaces that we can customize, and have no more than a fire team on board.
Of course storing things on them would be interesting since only one guardian can put their stuff on their ship. But that's an issue I'm sure could be worked out somehow.
I also really think there should be ship battles. We know each race has ships that drop off their soldiers, why not have us take those ships out in space?

The only problem with having fireteams on a ship is they are designed small for the most part. But it's a video game and they should still do something along those lines.

Yeah having a fire team on a ship is probably a bit too much. But I would still love if I could make it a social space at least for myself. Customize it to fit your guardians style! Faction emblems and what not. A place to visually see all the medals and trophies we've earned.

Agreed. Hell Warframe does it. It's kind of the same situation there. The ships are pretty small but they just do it anyways because it's....fun. Something Destiny kinda lacks is it takes itself way too seriously imo.
