This has been bothering me since the Halo 5 E3 campaign demo. Why are the Elites, who are affiliated with the Swords Of Sanghelios (The Arbiter's faction), wearing the "storm" armor? I thought that the SOS Elites wore the "Minor" armor like they did in Halo 2, 3, and Halo 2 Anniversary. Heck, is the "Minor" armor still in use? I'm kinda confused.

Also, we normally saw Elites who are affiliated with either Jul'Mdama or Vata'Gajat wear the storm armor. Again, this is really confusing.
