Disrespecting the people who love and support your work
I'm a day-one Destiny fan with over 200 hours.
I have 3 characters with levels higher than 30.
I love the game, and I know there are some super talented people working on it.
I was really hoping that matters would improve, but there comes a time when a man must stand for his honour, for his respect, his dignity.
Do not ask fans to "throw money" like monkeys. Because we are men, not monkeys.
Do not ask frustrated content-thirsty fans to reach into their wallets and buy a red-bull can to play the game.
Do not take a greedy, disrespectful attitude towards the people who support and love your work.
Bungie, you recently make me feel disrespected, objectified, and worthless.
This is the key word here: worthless.
Because for Bungie, only my money is worth something. My love and passion and devotion are not.
[u]Dear Bungie executive board:[/u] I strongly advise you to undergo a year-long workshop at CD PROJEKT RED
They can teach you about customer RETENTION and LIFE TIME VALUE.
[u]Conversion, dear Bungie, is just the [b]beginning[/b] of the funnel.[/u]
There are many great games out there, and I will choose my games by how they make me feel.
This is something that words, press releases, or shaders/emblems will not fix.
Only with caring, loving actions towards your fans, over a long period of time.

I know what you mean I enjoy the game but I don't trust Bungie or Activision. They don't really seem to care about their employees or customers just their profit margin. I think destiny started as a labor of love but over time it came off the rails and lost its way. It could have been so much more. If it becomes another cookie cutter get it out as fast as you can game just to earn a buck I'll just loose interest. There will be other games more worthy of our precious time. We'll see what the future holds but I think bungie is done selling games on just their name alone. I think they will have to earn our respect again and prove that their games are worth playing.

I agree. I have almost 400 hours on this game and I loved every second, but making we pay for 3 things I already have !? For something that veterans deserve more than new players.
