People complained about fusions so much that they were nerfed to shit. Try the trials fusion if you have it or roll a new one with hip fire and hot swap

I enjoy the rock paper scissors system they have too much, and just feel that secondary weapons are missing that key third component now, with two-thirds using shotguns, and one-third using snipers.
