Just make it an exotic void rocket launcher. It could act different then the other but still be in the same class, much like Lord of Wolves. Low stats but 10 rounds in mag with 30 reserve.

Doesn't mean we don't need more void exotics. Dragons breath and Ghorn are both solar.

What your basically thinking of is a heavy fusion rifle that already does that if you do enough damage to land the shots.

I would personally like multiple grenade launchers, not just one that is called a rocket launcher. I want it to be a new weapon type.
