It's something. I forgot what it's called. It's pretty much the effect of listening to loud noises throughout the years. It could lead to hearing problems if it worsens.

Ok. Though I don't use headphones that often and I usually have my TV below 10 for volume (quiet, but hearable) so loud noises isn't the problem

Its caused by other things it's just hearing loud noises is the most common way to get it.
