Anyone know how I can acquire this lovely thing?

1 ReplyEdited by Cyanide: 6/10/2015 4:46:22 PMYou can't. It was obtainable during Queen's Wrath a long time ago. Other than that, you can't. Unless, if the packages you get from leveling up your Queen's rank has a chance, which I highly doubt. It's a lost relic that I thankfully still have.

1 ReplyGot one, you could get it by reaching rank 2 or 3 in the old Queen's Faction. They updated the picture for the cloak + Queen's Guard Mask + Vest when HoW dropped but as far as I know, there's no way of getting it at the moment.
