So you get yellow bar's also, does that mean you come on with the intention to have Laggy games? Lol.
No one comes on to lag, try playing when you're red bar, how was that? Were you unkillable?
Yes the lag is bad.
Yes some games are better than others.
Yes it's a problem not easy fixed but don't make your self look stupid by saying all yellow /red bars are doing it on purpose.

He said if there was a spike like going from green to red regularly. That would indicate a cheater so don't look stupid by selectively reading.

In my book if you choose to enter pvp with a poor connection you are essentially cheating.
