2 RepliesOk, so all we know about the Warden Eternal is that he's a Forerunner A.I construct, he uses constraint fields like the Ur-Didact did, he's able to do a high-speed dash attack to catch enemies off guard, it's a "Keeper of The Domain and her secrets", and it wields a double-edged hard light longsword. But, there are still so many questions. Was he a Warrior-Servant of the Promethean rate that got composed? Is it a singular entity or one of many so-called wardens? Again, so many questions, but so little answers.

4 RepliesThis has been bothering me since the Halo 5 E3 campaign demo. Why are the Elites, who are affiliated with the Swords Of Sanghelios (The Arbiter's faction), wearing the "storm" armor? I thought that the SOS Elites wore the "Minor" armor like they did in Halo 2, 3, and Halo 2 Anniversary. Heck, is the "Minor" armor still in use? I'm kinda confused.

2 RepliesEdited by Phoenix: 7/17/2015 2:58:44 PMI have a theory about the Guardians. Maybe they were designed during the Forerunner-Human war as an "ultimate" version of the War Sphinx. Then, after the war, they were repurposed to be a form of Flood control, destroying flood infested ships and making sure that the parasite doesn't spread across the planet to form a Key Mind. But, unfortunately, they failed, and the Halo Array was put into service. That's my theory. The Guardians are possibly Forerunner WMDs like the Halo rings.

I'm not sure if Tom or Lucy would want any more combat exposure. 3.) Was Team Katana ever recovered or are they still inside of the Micro Dyson Sphere?

14 RepliesI have a bit of an out of context question, but here it is: Why are any of you guys here? I respect your knowledge and your points on Halo's various plot holes and problems, but many of the commenters seem devoted to talking about how much [i]better[/i] 343i is compared to Bungie as far as storytelling goes. They constantly demean the original developers of the series with a disdain that makes me question why they bother playing Halo at all. If 343 is so much better, then that's your opinion. But you need to consider the fact, wether you are a Bungie-era-Halo hater or not, that Bungie created the series, and also created the groundwork for the story that 343 created. I realize I'm probably stepping on a few toes, but I would appreciate a comment on why this attitude is prevalent.
