Biggest Oops!
A month or so back, I was running around Skywatch as my Titan, waiting for Urzok to appear. He shows up and I run down to confront him, with my mighty fist of panic.
I jump into the air and land my super on him, only for a bubble to appear. In my shock, I forgot to run and he destroyed me.
Tell us about your fails.

I went to Gamestop to pick up a used copy of destiny recently since I had given my previous copy to my nephew right after dark below came out because I got bored with the game. I came home and threw it in my xb1 so updates could install while I washed my car. I came back in about an hour later, flipped on the TV and it said the Disc could not be read. I take out the disc, see a few scratches and just figure gamestop sold me a scratched copy. I get in my car, drive 25 minutes back to gamestop, trade it for a different used copy, and head back home, with the same result. At this point I call the gamestop and get pretty heated telling these people they are selling shit games. I pop the disc back out to go back to gamestop, and then I realized my mistake. I guess when I picked up the box in gamestop I didn't pay attention that I picked up a x360 copy. Instead of going back and looking like an idiot I just purchased a copy on eBay.

2 RepliesI bought destiny, got home and put it in my Xbox one.... disc cannot be read. I'm like what the fuk. Take it out and put it back in, still cannot read. Finally I call customer support. We went through some troubleshooting and still didn't work. We'll since none of that worked I called Best Buy geek squad, I figure since I bought everything from them and had them come out to set it up they should be able to figure it out. So I set up a service call and when he came out he informed my that my PS4 Destiny disc won't work in my Xbox one. I was pretty pissed, I bought the PS4 version so I could get the extra strikes and hawkmoon, and it doesn't even work. From that day forward I say screw you Bungie and all your money grab tactics, I'm going back to Minecraft.

We were playing Crota (two players), I was working on flawless raider, we made it flawlessly till death singer, killed her and then reward pops up there was a lot of enemies so I was like... Let's wipe bro, I forgot I was working on the trophy ._.
