I believe that by obtaining the maximum rank for the Queen's Wrath reputation, you'll get the opportunity of getting the 347 Vesta Dynasty as an award for completing every bounty Petra has to offer multiple times throughout multiple weeks. This could be the award for doing just that, seeing how Eris gave you an emblem for reaching the max level within her reputation. Let me know what you think might be the most believable way of obtaining this gun may be! EDIT: It has been confirmed that reaching Rank 4 for Petra does not give you the gun, nor is it the max rank. Time to figure out possible other ways of obtaining this gun!
