Personal Thoughts
I have thought a lot about where we could end up in the future of Destiny, but I have to say that I want to explore a Vex derelict out in the vacuum of space. I want more dark areas, pitch black, only illuminated by faint Vex architectural lights and data surging through the structure within. Low tones and hums echo in the dark metal tunnels. The Vex are an interesting concept, and seeing as how they are machines, there are an infinite number of possibilities for new enemies types. There are an infinite number of ways the architecture could be brought forth, new puzzles, and perhaps we could discover something about them that remains to even be heard of. I have high hopes for Destiny's future, and I believe it can become an apex of console gaming if we interject our input and give it time.
Thread Updates
Update 01 If this thread begins getting very active, I will update it regularly by bouncing ideas off your own, commenting, and keeping track of which locations seem to be most popular and posting them in future edits. Your voices are important!
Update 02 Mercury seems to be the most wanted planet to visit so far. After seeing it as a location in Crucible, I would think we would be seeing this as a PvE environment in the future, especially if it's highly requested.
