You can go to the left side of the screen (computer) and go to forums https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Categories when there click on the category that you might find it under and search for your topic in the search bar above the questions.

I'm on PC, clicked Forums -> Feedback -> Bungie.net I don't see a search above any of the topics. I do see the normal search in the top right corner of the screen. Can you post a screenshot?
