I see people complain about auto rifles, pulse rifles, scout rifles, and hand cannons against one another. Like "my auto rifle is useless against those hand cannons (recently TLW apparently)."
But what if there was a mode that forced everyone to use the same primaries for one match, then another particular primary in another.
1st match: everyone uses auto rifles
2nd match: scout rifles
3rd: pulse rifles
4th: hand cannons
5th: auto rifles again
It would be randomized and I think this would be kind of fun. And if you don't have a particular weapon type, then the game would probably make you run around with a default common version with a random perk. This mode would probably rule out Vex Mythoclast, Universal Remote, and No Land Beyond though, oh well.
I don't know, this is just my initial idea. If you have any ideas on how to improve on this then comment below.

Edited by JTtheLoneWOOF: 4/23/2015 12:18:21 AMPlease correct your spelling. Your post is actually thought provoking and think it would be a great idea, but it's not credible with misspelled words. Grammar as well. In the title.

Way back when I played Crucible it seemed like everyone used the Suros. Is that not a thing people use anymore..?

Good luck writing the code for that lobby that forces players to use different weapons every game, because I'm pretty sure that's never been done in a shoot-n-loot game before.

I don't personally care for a primaries only Crucible mode. Maybe a mode in which we always spawn without special ammo would interest me. We don't want special weapons gone. We just don't want them to be our primary weapon.

I didn't play much crucible but I think all weapons should have a pve and a pvp set of stats that are balanced. Separate stats independent of each other but keep a similar time to kill.

I really wish bungie would add different playlists to crucible. I pretty much always use a scout rifle, and I feel like I need 4 or 5 headshots to kill someone, yet I die in 2 or 3 shots from a hand cannon. Also, a lot of the maps are close range which makes it even more difficult to kill with a scout rifle. I barely play crucible anymore because it's just frustrating. :/
