The truth is bad players will say hunters are rubbish. If you actually know how to use one, you're fine. They are weak in pve, up to titans and warlocks. They are adaptive.
EDIT:LET ME MAKE IT CLEAR. IT'S PVE, NOT PVP.

Yeah the bad kids just get themselves killed trying in Pve.

Edited by AmazingNitrox z: 8/9/2015 10:20:23 PMHunters are amazing to use, it took awhile to switch from warlock to hunter but they are so fun. Hint hint you can use gunslinger in pve if you have good aim.

Hunter master race
-
Theyre pretty good in pve..
-
Im a great hunter
-
Blade dancer is great for PvE
-
"rubbish" that word is legendary
-
Rubbish, I am a crap player and I play less crap with my hunter
-
Lol bad players can't spam melee or push a trigger?
-
Hunters are amazing with their invis. I don't much like playing them but they're still great.
-
Hunters are amazing in pve and PvP I deleted my hunter to restart her because I was bored xD

Edited by coolkatz1313: 8/8/2015 8:44:56 PMWeak in pve? Nope. No way, invisibility has saved my fireteam so many headaches - the abyss, sword bearing at Crota, stealth revives during nightfall, dismantling mines in POE, etc - and the exotic gear available for hunters is great too. Not saying you have to use invisibility, but it is a versatile and solid perk. Gunslinger with the right exotics is also solid, endless flaming throwing knives if you get crits. I am really excited to see the new subclass in TTK!

People have a different opinion than you
CALL ME A BRAIN RAPIST CUZ I JUST BLEW YOUR MIND
Hunters are probably the hardest of the three for PvE mainly because their supers kinda are pretty useless (unless you use nighthawk) and they can't take as much damage as Titans or recover health as quick as warlocks.
-
Hunters are the worst in PvE while being completely faceroll in PvP. Seems like a fair trade off.
-
No way hunters are super good in the prison of elders and crota
-
Correction *. Bad players are supposed to use Hunters because they take no skill
-
I'd say hunters are more useful in PvE than any other class now that nighthawk is in play. We have a super that is basically two shots from gjallarhorn every minute or so if you are killing things and have gunfighter equipped. We have bladedancer and aclyophage symbiote for mass destruction, we can invis and capture points/save the entire party after a silly titan slams into the middle of a hornets nest (no hate for Titans though. Titan smash is my guilty pleasure), and we are just all around better at using guns with chain of woe and such. Self res is great, but you're also counting on dying...probably not the best way to go into a fight. Bubbles are awesome, but why not jut reposition and shoot your enemy in the back of the head? I love all of the classes, but hunter is my main and even flaming hammers can't change that. (Though I will in fact be throwing flaming hammers in TTK. Thy will just come after my void bow!)

I actually find it the easiest being a hunter in pve over the other classes. Blink to invis, crouch invis, super=invis etc. sure warlocks and Titans have an over shield, but invis is the bees knees in pve for recovery

I got a 6.0 k/d the other day as a hunter. Hunter is OP.
