I watched the Destiny ViDoc and could have sworn there was a major emphasis on being able to [b]customize[/b] your character: from the way you look, to the guns you shoot, to the sparrow you drive. Except that last part doesn't exist. As incentive to purchase the DLC everyone got the EV-30 Tumbler as a gift. The problem is, almost everyone is riding the same sparrow. There's a huge missed opportunity to get some sort of paint job or shader to apply on your sparrow! I'm not a huge fan of the flames, they're a bit cheesey, and I'm sure I'm not alone in this thought. I like to match things as aesthetically, so being stuck on a purple sparrow with orange flames doesn't exactly match any of my load outs. The paint job for sparrows could have multiple tiers ranging from cost of glimmer, planet materials, or old ascendant materials (like much of the community, I have more than I know what to do with) That also begs the question. Why do sparrows have stats similar to a racing game? They serve zero purpose, as a white or green quality sparrow is just as capable of transporting guardians as their legendary counter parts. In fact the only customization when it comes to sparrows are the overpriced smoke trails from xur. And you get nothing when you dismantle one, which is just silly. TL;DR Sparrows need more customization options besides overpriced smoke trails from xur and a lot of people I know hate the Tumbler paint job
