What is the mystery behind the mida multi tool?
I need all of your advice. How would you rate mida multi tool on a scale of 1 to 10 for PvE and PvP?

Bought it this weekend and with armour that gives fast reload on scouts was amazed how much better that any other scout it felt, before even perking it. Massacred Cabal with their big heads.
