Caterpillar

I've been getting the code Caterpillar for almost 2 weeks strait. Finally reset my modem to default went through and corrected the settings yet again. Had to do this multiple times. Finally got it up and running for 2 days and today I am getting caterpillar yet again. No settings have been changed in my modem everything is still the same when i had it up and running. I am an Internet tech support and know my settings are correct in my modem. Caterpillar has a lot more going on with it than just a NAT error.. I've been through all the steps in the help article https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/11873 and again nothing. I am not going to be resetting my modem every time this happens and reconfigure it and continue that process. I enjoy this game. I love this game, but there is something wrong with destiny's servers and/or xbox servers or talking between the 2 of them. IDK what is going on but its more than just a NAT issue. Please help and fix this issue because this is getting frustrated. I just renewed my Xbox gold and only use it for this game and if I am unable to play that was a waste of money.
