Error Code Monkey
It's happening pretty consistently now and it's getting annoying. Need some help here.

Happened 8 times in the past 10 min can't do anything I was just about to beat the daily and bam into orbit I went Username is GetOffMyJok-_-7 PS3 I literally can't do anything without getting logged out/ sent to orbit
