There needs to be a Tower strike
My friend and I were discussing this the other day; what if there was a strike that took place in the tower? Either that or a public event.
Basically one of the alien races decides to attack the tower and all the guardians there have to fight them off in different sections of the tower. It would be cool if they expanded the tower area for this purpose too. I think the Fallen attacking would make the most sense.
Plus all the NPCs in the tower could join in the fight which would be pretty awesome. I mean, who doesn't want to see Lord Shaxx kick some ass?

3 RepliesThe entire strike consists of Master Rahool clones, and instead of weapons they all just chuck green engram drops at you. For a special attack, they throw purple engram drops at you, but on impact they quickly change from purple to blue to green, and then explode. The strike boss is a giant Rahool equipped with a NLB that one-shots no matter where it hits you.

Tower event/strike? Just when you think its safe.. Boom! Atheon knocking on your door! Bwahahahaha!!! Well... I'm actually just here for about 6 thousand double As. My guards need a battery change... In seriousness, something i rarely do, i love the idea. Beats sitting around in the tower while waiting on people to get done with stuff and join you.

1 ReplyEnd game, your relic is a Traveller Shard that was found just outside the Tower walls. It is infused with enough light to repel the invasion. However it should either be time limited, wipe limited, or have one single respawn point so you have to do the whole trip with at least one person always being alive. Or better twist the shard is delivered by our lovely stranger to "help protect us from the darkness we don't know of".
