English 12 year olds
Anyone else get really annoyed with English 12 year olds? You say one bad thing and they pull the "lets trash the American stereotype" card. I have no issue with mature players bashing the stereotype since they understand the concept of a joke but the little twerps take it so seriously and mean it. Anyone else think little English kids get the most butthurt?
Edit: My main point wasn't the trash talking, just curious if anyone else notices/agrees that Brit squeakers are the most easily butthurt
Edit2: People keep missing the point. I don't really care who is more annoying. American and English squeakers are annoying. I'm simply wondering if anyone agrees that Brits get pissy more easily

5 RepliesI've heard a few Brits trash Americans. One is a guy we carry through everything including hard raids, he's a 32 because of us, he has his Yolohorn because of us. And he actually said some shit about Americans being rude... I was like "you realize the five of us are american right?" He was like "oh not you guys."

I know what you mean, but I have to say, it isn't just the English (I'm British, but I'm 22), it's just kids, doesnt matter where there from, most are really annoying, and if things don't go there way, they go into rage mode, which means, COD kids have started playing Destiny more often, sad day for all us mature players :(

The good point being repeated here is "they aren't mad because they're English, they're mad because they're 12." And I've been in a team with one or two, they were pretty chill.

i think it's just the accent that grates a wee bit more on the ears when they get bossy or bark orders is all. otherwise, meh, they're just kids. we were all there once. as long as they're pulling their weight, idgaf.

I dunno. There are some pretty butthurt Amrican squeakers too. But yeah I can't stand the twats who think they know everything. This was my experience: (w/a American 12) CoD Black ops 2 Me:"ok keep the last one alive we need to build the platform spring" the guys:"Yeah we will train him then" [i]Next thing I here a sniper shot zombie is dead and the round is starting and we are in stupid places to defend[/i] Me:"Who the -blam!- killed it?" Kid1:"JD did it he sniped him!" Kid2:"No it wasn't me. He just died!" [i]Anyway so we died that round so I go back to take a look at the footage to see who it was[/i] Me:"Kid2 dude it was you I just watched it!" Kid2:"IT WASN'T ME OK CALM DOWN I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING IT'S JUST SOME STUPID GLITCH OKAY??!?!?" Me:"Seriously I just watched you fire your sniper and the shot hit the zombie it was you" *** Kid2 leaves the part*** Kid1:"He was a dick" So to be honest it can be either American or British that get But hurt but really parents should read the -blam!-ing label on the game and realise no their child isn't 18 or isn't 16 and not buy them the -blam!-ing game. Can't wait to here some rage replies guys.

1 ReplyWe had a British squeaker join us for a raid once...we thought it was a female till the Crota encounter, lol. The kid tried telling us how to run things, but it became apparent he had never run hard mode when he said 'I'm going to get the chalice, where's the bloody chalice?!?'. After we said to the kid you've obviously never done HM, listen to what we tell you and you'll be fine. The kid proceeded to argue with us, telling us he has cleared HM multiple times, and our session must be glitches because there is always a chalice....so we booted him and proceeded to 5man crota and finished. Squeakers are squeakers, and usually know-it-alls who really don't know, regardless of country of origin. Just thought I'd share my experience w/a British squeaker. All that being said, there are mature young players who can and will follow instructions, and those players should be praised, regardless of their voice.

I tend to just have problems with the little children who don't listen to anyone, or tell me how to do something I already know how to do.

If I hear a 12 year old or a "squeaker" which they seemed to be called, then I leave ASAP. Last time I was in a party this Kid wouldn't speak... Got the Vex... Never in my life have I felt such pain in my ears...

I'm English and I am yet to come across many young Brits. I have come across some young Americans and even the odd Aussie. Can say I hated them all. I even hate most teenagers on this game. But I don't like people anyway. Prefer just raiding and PVP with friends not randys.

American kids are just as bad other day I got told to go see the Queen.. Like she lived next door to me 😂😂 and then you get the go brush your teeth.. I'll have you no my teeth are pearly whites. Then the best one to last.. Go eat and drink your scones and tea. 1 I don't even like scones. The. The almighty 1 liner what every American says.... Go -blam!- your queen 😂😂. And this ain't a dig at Americans I actually have friends who live in Cali Houston and Pittsburgh who I met through work. All I'm saying American kids can just be the same.

3 RepliesI remember when I was 12... I was enjoying my PS1 and PC, playing strategy games. I look at the kids.of today and I really do wonder what happened? Gaming used to be something that everyone involved was on equal ground, in the same boat as it were. How it's unhealthy competition (don't get me wrong you need some, but not too much), and "squeakers" having petty arguments, being stereotypical and it seems even racism is strong these days. It's horrible. I have had a fair few experiences with squeakers, British, American, Spanish and more, and they were alll the same... Mouthy little shites who have no respect, whom need to 're evaluate themselves before they reach adulthood.
