It's no mystery that I'm a Halo fan. Grunt Birthday Party; the skull from Halo 2. Headshot pop with the "YAY!" sound effects made for a satisfying kill. Would be awesome to have this perk. It doesn't need to have any special ability perk to it other than glimmer gathering. Replace the name Grunt with Thrall, Drag, Goblin and Legionary.
