Im sick of gaming pushed more towards the casual player
I can't comprehend why a company would overlook there biggest audience, the ones that keep buying there product. I sat through E3 this year with very low expectations and it wasn't a surprised that it was a boring, drawn out event that is supposed to be the biggest year of gaming. It was a complete farce of an event. Don't even start on the "big announcements" this year. Sony pushed the play station move more then a failure of a device should have, Nintendo had a solid opening then went down hill, and finally Microsoft pushed games that were ashamed to be a fourth in installment and kinect was as pitiful as ever.
Why are video game company's biting the hand that feeds them?

I'm strictly talking about teams that travel to MLG tournies, teams such as xGen , instinct, and Darth on CoD, Starcraft II pros. They are hardcore gamers, not people that rage about the game taking a tad bit less skill in a freaking pub match.[/quote] They aren't "Hardcore" gamers, They are "pro" gamers. Last time I counted, I had 418 Console games, and 424 games on steam, and I'm not a "Want-to-be pro" nor do I play competitively, But I sure as hell aint a casual, Because I don't mind CHALLENGE in my single player games, and I find CHALLENGE so be FUN.
