Pvp Players don't Need to be level 32, the level doesnt matter.
The most people play With Blue weapons or exotics.
No need for RAID weapons.
And the Main Part of the Game is [b]PVE, not PVP[/b]

Agreed with the last part you said. It's nice shotguns will be well worthwhile in pve again but the adjustments to other weapons isn't necessary in pve but will have to deal with it.
