Hi, just started playing Destiny a little while ago. 3 kids: 17, 13, and 10. I bought the PS4 for them but I am the one playing it. Anyway, I'm still pretty much lost. I've managed to get my Hunter to level 8, still pretty weak. I get demolished in the Crucible. My character still looks lousy. No fancy armor, crappy little scarf. Hoping to hook with some other players go on some cooperatives and really learn the ropes. Let me know if you want to hook and find some times to play. Thanks.

Crucible control is probably a good place to start. You can help your team by capturing zones and when you feel confident enough to stalk others you'll know where the enemy will be gathered. A level 8 is equal in crucible to a 32 so you'll pick it up quick. Its also a quick way to level up too. Good luck.

The good news is I am now up to level 17. I have been playing the story mostly. Now the Vangaurd and other tag game (far left symbol) is open to me. I'll try the crucible again, see if I have any more luck. Thanks.
