Network lag making Raid, Strikes, and Crucible unplayable

I've been hesitant to post in the Networking forum because it just seems like a gripe-fest, but since this week's update, the game has become unplayable. I've tuned every setting and removed every intervening component in my network — my PS4 is now connected directly to my cable modem. I've even contacted my ISP to obtain a higher level of service. Still, my connection is consistently shown as "Poor". I've heard that my issue is my provider, Time Warner; I’ve heard it’s because I’m a PS4 player. Either way, every attempt on Bungie’s part to improve the situation has made it worse for myself and the group of people I play with. These other players, while all still on PS4, are dispersed both physically (geographically) and logically (network-wise). I write this because we feel disenfranchised and would like to ensure our voice is heard. We’ve all fallen in love with Destiny, but lately, it’s been a string of bad dates. Can we rekindle the spark, Bungie?

  • What you want to do is go to this site right here called www.portforward.Com they have every guide for every router you need to open your ports they even will tell you what ports to open or put you ps4 on dmz or just turn on upnp but I suggest just opening the port so it's always open Instead of upnp or dmz malfunction happy greenbar
