I'd prefer it if you were taken out of the loot roll if you had a negative kd. Even if you are top and don't get anything the person on bottom shouldn't have a chance to get an exotic from it. It's a slap in the face.

this is bogus.. its all random.. people get exotics from purple engrams dropped from a level 5 Dregs i know i got my first legendary from one of them.. should they take that out because only people who RAID and do Nightfalls should get good loot?

Completely different subject. And if the only chance of legendaries were rewarded for roc strikes or higher wouldn't bother me. Since I have no problem grinding marks and rep for the vendors. That being said. Since you came off like a complete tool with your comment I will not reply to you again unless you are constructive. Good day sir.
