Is this hand cannon decent? (Please read description first!)
So the other day, I leveled up my FWC rank to somewhere around eight or nine, and Lakshmi-2 gifted me the most glorious of faction hand cannons, The Chance.
Thing is, I already had one, and I loved it, so the new one wasn't replacing it anytime soon. I was just about ready to shard the thing, and then I noticed something: one potential upgrade path was hilariously redundant.
It went as follows:

-[i](faster reload)[/i]
+[b]Spray 'n Play[/b]
-[i](faster reload when empty)[/i]
+[b]Flared Magwell[/b]
-[i](faster reload)[/i]
+[b]Who's Next?[/b]
-[i](Faster reload if last shot is a kill)[/i]
So, after telling all my friends about it, they started going on about how they would shank their respective mothers for a crucible hand cannon with those perks. I still didn't believe them though, so now I'm here.
So what do you think guardians? Should I keep it, shard it, or level it for the lulz?
Edit: Seems the majority of you would level it for the lulz. I would have to agree. If I like it I'll max it, and if I wind up dismantling it later, I'll get more materials out of it that way. :)
Edit v2: I have the gun in my hunter's inventory, and am about to start leveling it. I'm also using chain of woe. Things are about to get ridiculous. ;P

7 RepliesNah that's a fast reloading gun you have there I would upgrade unless you have a raid weapon because I used to have a auto rifle with reloading perks and it reloaded so fast it was crazy.

Stats on the gun aren't great, and all of those faster reloading perks are redundant. Not worth it.

2 RepliesFlared Magwell perk does not stack with those other perks. It will cancel out the benefits of the others if it is equipped.

2 RepliesQuestion is if all those faster reload stacks? Then it will reload in like 0,05 second. I use a The Chance as my go to gun for pve. Its high damage, 13 round clip and faster reload after a kill makes it better then both Fatebringer and Word of Crota for everything that haven't got the specific burns those guns have. If you choose to level it please send me a pm once you tested it!

2 RepliesI've had one. Max it out. And you won't even be able to see the animation for reload. It may have a small mag . But after all the speed upgrades . You'll feel like it's infinite

2 RepliesI've got one without field scout too But it has explosive rounds and a quick reload so that makes up for it. Play around with it and see what you think before sharding it

6 RepliesNo use maxing the dmg, and materials and glimmer come easily. Just max it to the last usable perk for crucible. Not expensive at all.

4 RepliesLol, I'm the biggest Dead Orbit fanboy you will ever see, I got Chance from a drop today and promptly dismantled the piece of crap, for it had the filthy FWC logo on it. I will stick to my Last Word and Unwilling Soul thank you very much.
