the self cleaning column wolud clear up a lot of unwanted stuff that sometimes is annoying to find........ but isnt it the active chapters that are killing the column? i mean, the inactive ones dont have us much 'traffic' is this correct? at least thats my theory, that stosh mentioned but i wanst sure if he was joking you never can tell.

[/quote] The user databases and their data retention is the primary reason for why the 7th column isn't already running the new hotness. I'm working hard to bring that data over. However, your existing forums are almost certainly going to be deleted. Nothing much I can do about that. You'll like the new hotness version of the 7th Column though. There won't even be a chapter submit queue - at least, not one you'll really notice. It will be much more automatic and such (although still be scanned by us to make sure nobody's being a moron).

Yeah fine.. between the holiday weekend and the unrealiability of the 7th Column, the chapter queue is not cleared yet. I'm doing it as I can, but there were more in there than I thought and I can only approve 3 or 4 at a time max and it then takes about 4 minutes to "process" (assuming it doesn't come back with an error and I have to start over). See, the 7th Column really is on its last leg, we weren't making that up. It's a cranky old man that needs to be put to rest permanently to make way for the new hotness. Soon.

Oh slit, this is bad. Can you say, [i]Matrix Reloaded[/i] expectations? Naw, I thought [i]Reloaded[/i] kicked ass anyway. But now I have to do way better than even I thought. This is bad, [i]real[/i] bad! I never bothered with a chapter because I lacked the time. Now I have time coming ot of my butt, and I'm bottling it up to use for when my chapter is approved.

Well some people do you better things to do than sit around and approve chapters, unless you want to pay stosh... But it's a three day weekend, so don't expect anything untill tuesday. And at any rate, they could've just said no to all of them.. =)
