What do you want to see be added to Skyrim?

Tittle says it all. I would like to see thunderbirds added as an enemy. Never heard of a game that lets you fight a thunderbird, nor does skyrim have a lightning breathing dragon, and I really want to fight one right now.

Do they do anything special beyond swimming?
Depends if you count smashing through ice and Drain Life/Stamina/Magicka. There's only so much you can do with dragons. They fly, they breathe stuff, they bite things.
I disagree, and point you in the direction of How to Train your Dragon. Dragons have been gone from the world of Elder Scrolls for a couple thousand years or something? Seems like it would have been a grand chance to rediscover several dragon breeds that all have different behaviors, relations with one another, and weaknesses that must be discovered and exploited by the player. How about a blind berserker dragon? He listens for loud noises and forgoes his breath weapon to rend the hell out of whatever he heard, rewarding players who lure him into walls and such. Or a reclusive treasure hording dragon who spends his time sleeping while camoflaged on the ground? If you can spot him and sneak up on him and slit his throat, his treasure is yours, but otherwise he flees for his life. Even something like a thunder dragon would have made sense, since it would have covered all of Elder Scroll's elemental destruction magic, but they couldn't be bothered to do that either. Just saying, there's a lot more to dragons than just flying and fire breathing, and a ton of wasted potential.
Why don't you pickup the CK and make those dragons instead of complaining?

 •
Posted by: Chris marines A Kraken somehow in the North.
Thisthisthisthisthisthisthisthis. I've always wanted a sea enemy other than a Slaughterfish. I always wanted a hidden lake somewhere that has an ancient Kraken or huge sea creature that you have to kill for a quest.

 • An expansion DLC that deals with the Dwemer and their apparent disappearance into Aetherius. *Spoilers* The addition of story behind the Snow-elves with Dawnguard was awesome. Why cant they add some more lore regarding the Dwemer and their disappearance? *End spoilers* It would be a huge thing to be able to visit the realm of the gods and maybe even meet/become the champion of one of them like you do all the time with the Daedra.
