Like lights at the front of a vehicle. Why doesn't it lag?

It has no mass, and it isn't really connected to anything. It simply exists in the space where it is projected. A moving vehicle wouldn't effect the "speed" of the light coming out of the headlights.

Light travels so fast that it can't lag unless that car was going faster than 299 792 458 m / s and that is impossible with modern technology

There would be a minute doppler effect but it would still move at the speed of light in air (faster than the car).

The speed of light is constant. The Doppler effect for light only applies to its wavelength and thus colour, but not speed.

Theoretically it does, but since it's so fast, it's probably impossible to notice.

It does, you just cannot perceive it.

Light disperses as fast as it travels, once the light source is gone, no more light in that spot.

In simple terms with an analogy you'll understand... 1. get a buddy with a cap gun 2. stand approx. 1000m apart 3. use a stop watch to time the smoke vs. the sound you hear 4. this is the difference between light (seeing the smoke) and sound (what you hear in your ears) 5. This same principle applies to light but you'd have to use such a massive distance and accurate timer to see the affects. Essentially light travels so fast we're not able to detect the "lag" if you will.
