so far i've encountered this "war" on Earth (Skywatch), Venus (Ishtar Commons) and Mars (...the area right ahead of you from the point where you spawn, its slightly downhill) if you ever encounter this grab the relevant 'consumable' and fight your way through would be great if these happen more often ;)
