In regards to DeeJ

Ok, I would like to start off by saying that since DeeJ is the PR guy at Bungie, it is his job to sift through the forums and address our concerns as well as answering our questions. He doesn't really do a good job of it. He claims to read these forums and address out concerns to Bungie during their meetings but why can't he communicate with the players? He does not have to write a long intricate responses to us but a simple "Yes, that is a good idea, I'll bring it up to Bungie at our next meeting." or "No that idea cannot be implemented due to [x], [y], and [z]." or at the very least "I agree/disagree." Yes he does play Destiny but that is not his full time job to do so. I believe that office hours are for work only and playing games should be done in someone's free time. If I was to sit there at my job and just mess around on my phone, I would be fired because I am paid to put up with customers while I am on the clock. There are countless of people here that have good ideas, bad ideas, great feedback, and poor feedback, and I feel like they need to be addressed because isn't that what this forum is for? For us to communicate with Bungie (as they have no contact button so they can directly respond to us) and these vague political answers we get every blue moon is not how PRs operate or how companies should treat their followers, especially since they always claim "Bungie is listening." It is just my two cents on the matter, you can agree or disagree if you wish, it is your opinion. I just think DeeJ needs to be more involved with the community because that is what he gets paid to do and that is his job.
