Heavy ammo synthesis before revive in no respawn zone
Die in a "30 second respawn" zone during a strike. While dead, consume heavy ammo synthesis. Then respawn, and find your heavy ammo emptied again while the synthesis was consumed and the synthesis cooldown is active.

Ya. Been a problem since day one. Wish it would not do that cause that is the most convenient time to reload/swap weapons and such.
