Please adjust the fire rate and impact of "Silimar's wrath"
I find it odd that i don't ever use Iron Banner weapons in Iron banner, except for the Hammer.
Reduce the ammo capacity size too obviously.
It would be nice if we could get some non useless ROF weapons...
