Best exotic hand cannon?
I know this has probably been asked a million times but couldn't find it so.... what's the best exotic hand cannon I want to know what one I should start with I've only got thorn and last word but i want to know which is best out of the lot as well

I use all three in the crucible. Different guns for different maps. Hawkmoon for general, large maps. I use TLW on smaller maps. I will use the thorn when people are pissing me off...

Thorn Hawkmoon is best of the bunch though. Especially in PvP.

After comparison of the two hand cannons, it honestly comes down to play style. Thorn is 1/9 deal extra damage/ bypass armor, players and DoT the damaged. Hawkmoon is 1/4 deal extra damage. Versatility wise thorn would be a better choice.

3 RepliesI think for pve you might as well have the fatebringer( i know its legendary). Thats the only one i noticed that can keep up with pve's loads of targets For pvp without a doubt imo it has to be the last word.. I can get relentless like its nothing witn that thing

I am partial to the way the Thorn and Last Word work, but if I had to choose it would be the Thorn.

Only problem is that it doesn't clean up groups of little trash mobs as well as the Thorn/Fatebringer/Last Word, but... is that REALLY a huge deal?

For pve its fatebringer. Non of the exotic hand cannons have decent enough perks to be used in pve.
