Got an ice breaker from level 26 strike playlist
So I was just playing the level 26 strike playlist with me friend. 2 games in he got the standard blue armour and I get an exotic weapon (ice breaker). I was't aware you could get exotics from strike playlists? This really puts the question in my mind about the random rewards you get from destiny. I thought you could only get them from nightfall strikes and raids etc. Has anyone else got an exotic item from a normal strike before?

Yes you can get exotics from strikes. I've gotten the universal remote from the 24 level strike a couple months ago. And a friend of mine got hard light at the same time

I just played the ROC strike on the nexus and I walked out of the room for second, and when I came back in I saw someone got Ice Breaker. That someone was me. I have the weirdest luck in this game, when Iron Banner was here (not the last one but the one before that) I got Gjallahorn, Timur's Lash, and Jolder's Hammer.

1 Replyit happens, but rarely, seems to happen more often in lv26 VOG. i pulled a multi tool from a 26VOG a couple weeks ago. legendaries are actually getting to be common on lv26 strikes. it's rare i won't get a legendary something, ship, engram, gun, armor etc if i buzz out half a dozen 26s
